Forgotten password

You can reset your own password by going to the log-in screen and clicking on the “Forgot your password?” link. You’ll be asked to type in your account email, and then we’ll send you an email with a link to create a new password.

Some users (such as students with school email addresses) may not be able to receive emails from FluentKey. In that case, please email us at support@fluentkey.com. We’ll reset the password for you and email it back to you.
